Fiber Optics Group takes a new step forward with the establishment of a tripartite Executive Committee

Since January1, 2026, an Executive Committee has been steering the group's three subsidiaries—SEDI-ATI, IDIL, and FiberTech Optica. It provides strategic guidance and operational management for the Group to accelerate growth and optimize efficiency. It is composed of three executives with complementary expertise:

→ Claire GUYONNET – President | Sales and Marketing Department

With a background in management and international trade, and 30 years of experience at SEDI-ATI, she brings to the Group in-depth knowledge of the photonics market and a strategic vision focused on development and cooperation. Her work aims to strengthen synergies between FOG subsidiaries, while supporting and accelerating the Group's international development.

→ Boris PEDRONO – Chief Executive Officer | Industrial and Product Management

An expert in photonic instrumentation, he has spent 25 years working in various R&D, industrialization/production, and PLM roles at EXFO, HighWave Optical Technologies, EXAIL, and Cordouan Technologies before joining IDIL in 2019 as Sales Director. Supervising the production, supply chain, and R&D teams, he will be responsible for deploying and steering the group's industrial and innovation strategy.

→ Romain DUBREUIL – Chief Executive Officer | Administrative, Financial, Legal, and Support Services Department

With a background in auditing and corporate finance, he has held several financial management positions, notably as Chief Financial Officer at international groups such as Moria, Amplitude Laser, Chargeurs, and Stelliant. With solid expertise in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and performance management, he will oversee administrative, legal, and financial functions across the group, in addition to ensuring the strength of support functions, HR, IT, general services, and quality, which are essential to the smooth running of the group.

This evolution in FOG's governance reflects the group's ambition to become the international leader in fiber-optic photonics solutions by strengthening its agility and ability to respond to the challenges of high-tech markets, while drawing on recognized talent and a reinforced organization to support its growth trajectory.
