AMTA Conference & RF-Net Workshop 2026: November 24–26, 2026

AMTA Conference & RF-Net Workshop 2026: November 24–26, 2026

This event consists of two workshops. You can choose to attend either one or both.

Participation in the workshop is free, but advance registration is required.

The workshop is open to all academic staff: students, technicians, engineers, faculty members, and researchers.

AMTA Day

About the AMTA
The AMTA (Antenna Measurement Techniques Association) is an international association that promotes the development and sharing of knowledge in the field of antenna measurements, radar signatures, and electromagnetic characterization techniques.

About the Event

AMTA Day will be held on November 24, 2026, at CentraleSupélec in Rennes. This event will bring together researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to discuss recent advances in RF systems, antenna technologies, and measurement techniques, with the aim of fostering scientific and technological exchange between the academic and industrial communities.

RF-Net Workshop

The CNRS’s national network of radiofrequency characterization platforms, RF-Net—whose structure is part of the PEPR Réseaux du Futur initiative—is organizing its second workshop on November 25 and 26, 2026, in Rennes, at CentraleSupélec.

This edition will focus on wave propagation at different scales (near field / far field) and related issues, with presentations on the following topics:
🔹 Interference on substrates under a probe
🔹 Characterization and modeling of propagation channels
🔹 Characterization of electromagnetic field properties in anechoic or reverberant environments (uniformity, polarization, effective volume, etc.)

🔹 Characterization of antennas or radiofrequency devices in the near field or far field

These sessions will provide an opportunity to discuss these scientific and technical challenges, while strengthening collaborations within the RF-Net network. This workshop will also be an opportunity to tour some of the IETR’s facilities, notably the QOSC and M2ARS platforms.
