Defense Day

This Defense Day event organized by the cluster took place on September 17, 2025, at the Bordeaux Regional Council building, attended by 80 participants, including several companies from the BITD (defense industrial and technological base). Its aim was to address the current challenges of industrialization, employment, and attractiveness in the aerospace and defense sector.

The program includes conferences for recruiting companies (round tables, testimonials, etc.), presentations of defense innovation support mechanisms, andassistance with industrial development in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

The day ended with 62 individual B2B and B2G meetings, which gave participants the opportunity to meet with defense industry players and representatives from the French Defense Procurement Agency (DGA).

This event was organized in partnership with the Ministry of the Armed Forces, the DGA, the Defense Innovation Agency, and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region.
