Established in 1995 at the initiative of the CRITT Agro-Alimentaire in La Rochelle, the JAS is now a leading event for professionals in the agri-food industry.
The 2-day program includes:
-Conferences: led by industry experts to address current topics such as regulations, packaging, ingredients, and food safety.
-Workshops: organized by clusters, centers of expertise, or institutions on topics related to collective or collaborative programs involving stakeholders from one or more sectors.
-Business meetings: with over 500 companies in attendance and 3,700 meetings scheduled over the two days.
- An exhibition showcasing the latest trends, featuring over 250 regional andinternational product innovations, where the ALPHA-RLH cluster will be participating as an exhibitor.
