Spectr-Atom 2026

The ALPHA-RLH cluster is a partner of SPECTRATOM, which has been bringing together French-speaking scientists and operators in atomic spectrometry (optical and mass) since 2003. This conference is aimed at students, technicians, engineers, researchers, and laboratory managers in the industrial and academic sectors.

From its inception, SPECTRATOM was designed to facilitate exchanges between users, manufacturers, and resellers of instrumentation. It is a place for scientific communities to meet and share expertise and experience, allowing participants to take stock of the state of the art in instrumental techniques and new areas of research.

For this^11th edition in France, in Pau, the organizers are delighted to once again welcome the French-speaking LIBS community via the LIBS France network. This promises many discussions on this topic, which we began to address during the SPECTRATOM 2022 and SPECTRATOM 2024 editions.

This edition of SPECTRATOM 2026 will also feature two keynote speakers: Philippe WALTER, a chemist specializing in the study of cultural heritage materials and member of the French Academy of Sciences, and Sylvestre MAURICE, an astrophysicist at IRAP and specialist in Martian exploration, who will do us the immense honor of opening the conference.
